Scheduling

• Appointments are required for all services.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
• Notice to cancel or reschedule must be given at least 72 hours in advance for N-648 appointments or at least 48 hours in advance for all other appointments to avoid a $100 fee.
• If you arrive after your appointment time, you might not be seen, and a late cancellation / no-show fee might be charged.
