Driver Exam (CDL/DOT)
We offer a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination, which is a medical checkup required for commercial vehicle drivers by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the California DMV.

Medical Exam for Foreign Service (Form DS-1843)
This exam is for individuals age 12 and older who are applying for or serving in overseas assignments with United States foreign service agencies. It provides the Office of Medical Services in the United States Department of State with information to determine medical clearance to make appropriate overseas assignments.
