This self-contained visit is ideal for proactively assessing your health separately from other ongoing treatments or condition management. It’s also great for those who do not need management of chronic medical conditions. Take control of your health with a focused, personalized wellness experience.

- 45-minute in-person visit with a board-certified physician.

- Follow-up video chat visit to review lab results and offer recommendations.
What’s not included
- A separate lab processing fee for the blood draw.
- Additional testing, treatment, or ongoing management of any medical conditions identified during the visit or through lab results. If follow-up care is necessary, it will be discussed and referred appropriately.
