Job description

You will work in the front office of a unique medical clinic. Our practice provides USCIS medical exams, IV therapy, CoolSculpting, Botox, laser treatments, cosmetic medical services, and some primary medical care. Tasks include:

  • answering phone calls, voice mails, and emails
  • scheduling appointments
  • opening and/or closing the clinic
  • calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
  • calling patients to follow up on their service and get feedback
  • completing required legal forms for patient visits
  • checking in, rooming, collecting payment, and checking out patients
  • working independently to achieve daily goals
  • maintaining a clean clinic and attending to facility issues
  • maintaining the patient database in our POS and EMR systems
  • selling services
  • sending out mailings, both via email and USPS

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Very punctual. It is important that you arrive on time every day
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the growth of the office
  • Ability to handle an office phone with 3 lines and triage phone calls
  • Ability to accurately type documents and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and walk around the clinic for the majority of your shift
  • Ability to accurately type documents in PDF format
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and find solutions to problems

Preference

Preference given to candidates with one or more of the following:

  • bilingual: English plus Spanish
